Intelligent Waves LLC is seeking a Network and Computer Systems Administrator to support a U.S. government client.

The role focuses on secure, high-performing computing environments, with Tier 1-3 support in a cloud infrastructure and an emphasis on autonomous, innovative problem-solving to meet mission deliverables. The position is on-site at Fort Belvoir, VA, with up to 10% travel, potential night/weekend shifts, and a Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field and 3+ years of IT experience.
• 6 years of hands-on IT experience may substitute for a degree.
• Experience implementing security principles and administering IT systems.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill Tier 1-3 tenant service requests within cloud infrastructure environments.
• Address and resolve tenant access requests efficiently.
• Escalate service requests when necessary to ensure timely resolution.
• Monitor operational environments to maintain system health and availability.
• Provision and configure Tenant Virtual Private Clouds (VPCs).
• Track and report on performance metrics to support continuous improvement.
