Job summary

CW Resources, Inc. is seeking a Janitorial Supervisor to oversee daily custodial operations and hands-on cleaning. You will guide staff, ensure high cleanliness standards, and inspect facilities for safety and quality.

The role requires 2–4 years of custodial experience, OSHA familiarity, and a valid driver’s license with ability to obtain TS/SCI clearance. This is an on-site supervisory position with strong teamwork expectations.

Qualifications

2–4 years of custodial or janitorial experience in a commercial, institutional, or industrial setting.
Experience guiding or directing custodial staff in an operations context.
Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and safe chemical handling practices.
Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, materials, and equipment.
Must have a valid driver’s license and the ability to obtain TS/SCI clearance.

Responsibilities

Lead and train custodial staff to perform daily cleaning tasks per standards.
Perform routine custodial duties: sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, restroom sanitation, trash removal.
Inspect facilities regularly to verify cleanliness and safety compliance.
Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report replenishment needs.
Ensure safe use and storage of custodial equipment and report malfunctions.
