Job summary

CW Resources is seeking a skilled Janitorial Supervisor to lead daily custodial operations at the NGA West Cass Ave site. The role includes hands-on cleaning, training staff, and ensuring high cleanliness standards. A TS/SCI clearance is required, and the company provides support through the clearance process.

Hours are Monday–Friday, with occasional weekends, at $25 per hour. Candidates must have 2–4 years of custodial experience, a valid driver's license, and a valid Real ID.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years custodial or janitorial experience in a commercial, institutional, or industrial setting.
• Experience guiding custodial staff in daily operations.
• Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and safe chemical handling.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train custodial staff in daily cleaning tasks and ensure standards are met.
• Perform routine custodial duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, restroom sanitation, trash removal.
• Inspect facilities for cleanliness and safety, identify deficiencies.
