Job summary

Parsons is seeking an experienced Operations Support Lead to supervise service desk, user support, asset management, and IT operations for a large-scale Government cybersecurity program in Maryland. The role focuses on 12-hour daily coverage, guiding a team across Tier 0–Tier 2 support, end-user services, and infrastructure management.

You will shape staffing, processes, and delivery models while acting as a hands-on SME and trusted advisor to program leadership, ensuring reliable, secure IT

Qualifications

• Clearance to work on a U.S. Government cybersecurity program is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead service desk and IT operations across Tier 0–Tier 2 levels.
• Mentor and develop a high-performing operations team.
• Establish and maintain SOPs, knowledge articles, and troubleshooting guides.
• Monitor service delivery performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Coordinate onboarding, provisioning, training, and end-user services.
• Provide guidance across endpoints, servers, networks, and telecom services.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity, infrastructure, cloud, and DevSecOps teams to resolve issues.
• Oversee asset management, licensing, and procurement processes.
