ASRC Federal is seeking a full-time Custodian to support a government client in Chantilly, VA. The role is onsite and requires active TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph and US citizenship. Responsibilities include cleaning offices, restrooms, and common areas while following strict security procedures in a sensitive environment.

Formación

• Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph is required and must be maintained.
• U.S. citizenship is required.
• High school diploma or GED, or relevant work experience in lieu of education.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or with a team.
• Effective communication and prompt reporting of concerns.

Responsabilidades

• Clean offices, conference rooms, hallways, break rooms, common areas, and other spaces.
• Sweep, mop, scrub, and vacuum floors; perform periodic floor care as assigned.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms; replenish soap and supplies.
• Dust furniture, windowsills, doors, and trim; avoid disturbing government property.
• Empty trash and recycling; manage waste per procedures.
• Respond to spills; prepare spaces for meetings or visitors.
• Operate custodial equipment and follow safety guidelines.
• Report maintenance needs and safety hazards to a supervisor.
