Job summary

ATI, Inc. is seeking a full-time Custodian to maintain a clean and safe government facility in Springfield, VA. The role requires independence, attention to safety, and the ability to work in secure areas to support mission-critical operations.

Qualified candidates will have at least two years in custodial work, US citizenship, and the ability to obtain/maintain clearance. The position offers competitive pay and comprehensive benefits including holidays, vacation, insurance, and a 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• US Citizens only.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain security clearance.
• Min 2 years custodial experience.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Clean offices, restrooms, common areas, elevators, kitchenettes, locker rooms and a fitness center.
• Restock paper products, soap, and hand sanitizer in restrooms.
• Spot clean walls and remove scuffs and stains; empty trash and recycling.
• Perform weekly, monthly, and quarterly deep cleaning tasks; follow cleaning schedule.
• Properly mix, store, and handle cleaning chemicals; sanitize equipment.
• Other duties as assigned.
