Job summary

Reflexive Concepts is seeking a Configuration Manager 3 to join our team. This role focuses on configuration management of developmental and operational systems and works with development and operations teams to maintain configuration baselines across development, test, and production environments.

The candidate will develop CM plans, apply automated CM tools, and oversee CM across the full system life cycle, including change control and audits.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a technical or business discipline from an accredited college or university.
Four (4) years of additional CM experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.
A Master’s degree may be substituted for two (2) years of experience.

Responsibilities

Performs configuration management (CM) of developmental and operational systems.
Maintains configuration baselines for development, test, production, and related environments maintaining baselines.
Uses automated CM tools to implement CM policies and procedures.
Develops or updates CM plans, policies, and procedures tailored to system scope and complexity.
Implements CM discipline across the entire life cycle of systems from requirements baselines to end-of-life.
Performs change control and configuration audits.
