Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking a Clearance Processing Administrator to manage end-to-end personnel clearance processing for a U.S. Government program.

The role involves submitting crossover packets, verifying eligibility, coordinating adjudications, and maintaining access records to enable high-throughput clearance for a large staff, including SCIF access. The candidate must hold a TS/SCI clearance with polygraph and be a US citizen, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume

Qualifications

• 1+ years of personnel-security or clearance-processing experience.
• Working knowledge of ICD 704 and personnel-security adjudication processes.
• Experience with clearance systems (e.g., DISS, Scattered Castles, or agency equivalents).
• Current, active US Government Security Clearance of TS/SCI with Polygraph

Responsibilities

• Submit and track clearance crossover packets and SCI access requests.
• Verify eligibility, citizenship, SSBI/CIP currency, and need-to-know prior to access.
• Coordinate with the sponsoring security office on adjudications and access determinations.
• Maintain the personnel-security database and access records, and remove access when no longer required.
