Job summary

Ascensus Global, Inc. is looking for experienced Chinese Triage Examiners to perform media exploitation and triage in support of a client in the National Capital Region. Candidates should have a strong background in linguist operations and Document and Media Exploitation.

The job requirements include native-level English proficiency, two years of experience in Chinese linguist operations, and a BA degree. The role offers a competitive salary range of $65,000 to $120,000 annually and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in media examination and translation.
• Ability to perform under stress and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to work shift work as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform data discovery on foreign language datasets.
• Prepare files and metadata for translation systems.
• Produce reports and translations for customers.

Skills

Native-level proficiency in English

Experience in Chinese linguist operations

Ability to analyze and summarize technical subjects

Experience in Document and Media Exploitation

Ability to work independently

Education

BA degree or equivalent experience

Tools

Experience using TED or DHDS

Familiarity with eDiscovery tools
