Job summary

RedTrace Technologies is seeking an Activity Security Representative III (ASR III) at Andrews AFB, MD to provide multi‑disciplined security support for Collateral, SCI, and SAP activities. You will handle classification reviews, data processing, badge prep, access control, and security program coordination.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years related experience.
• 2+ years of SAP experience.
• SFPC counts towards 3 years of experience.
• SPSC counts towards 5 years of experience.
• Maximum equivalent experience for SPED Certifications is no more than 5 years.
• 10%-25% Travel.
• Must complete the DoD SAPCO approved SAPNP training (if performing personnel security functions).

Responsibilities

• Classification reviews of inbound and outbound correspondence.
• Maintain document accountability database and logs.
• Process inbound/outbound classified mail and receipt records.
• Destruction of classified materials.
• Process magnetic media for accountability.
• Reproduction support for classified materials.
• Maintain daily logs for document control.
• Process inbound/outbound data and transfer files.
• Transfer electronic data files to internal customers.
• Maintain customer database contact listings.
• Assist with visit notices and visitor control.
• Prepare facility access control badges.
• Conduct entry/exit inspections.
• Maintain access control systems and visitor logs.
• Data entry for Personnel Access Security System and billets.
• Maintain personnel security files.
• Follow customer SOPs.
• Support security awareness programs.
• Provide leadership and QA for Team Members.
• Review and monitor clearance processing with government personnel.
• Participate in SAP inspections.
• Implement Top Secret control for accountable material.
• Prepare inbound/outbound classified mail, faxes, and receipts.
• Process PARs for accuracy and access eligibility.
• Execute SAP Nomination Process Questionnaires.
• Perform DCII/JPAS/SAPNP reviews for SAP access.
• Data entry in AFADS and maintain personnel access information.
• Conduct indoctrinations.
• Provide mentorship and QA.
