Job summary

Onyx Point, Inc. is seeking an AI/ML Engineer responsible for designing, testing, and productizing machine learning models that meet complex business requirements. You will lead diverse teams, ensure model quality, and serve as the main AI liaison across projects.

The ideal candidate has a Master’s or PhD in a relevant field, 10 years ML deployment experience, and strong software engineering capabilities in Python, Java, C, or R, with expertise in ML libraries and cloud architectures.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph clearance required
• 10 years experience deploying ML algorithms required
• Master's or Ph.D. in a related field required
• Demonstrated abilities in software engineering and AI/ML model test and evaluation

Responsibilities

• Design, test, and productize AI/ML models to solve business challenges
• Lead geographically diverse teams and act as primary POC for AI matters
• Select data sets, run analyses, and improve models through retraining
• Oversee test/evaluation protocols for AI/ML algorithms
• Research and implement a broad range of AI/ML algorithms and tools
