Job summary

Allen Integrated Solutions in the United States seeks an Agile Subject Matter Expert (SME) / Representative (#903) to lead Agile governance for NASIC programs. The role guides Scrum/Kanban implementations, ensures DoD and NASIC standards compliance, and represents the program to senior government leadership and enterprise stakeholders.

Candidates must hold TS/SCI clearance and have extensive experience in Agile coaching, large-scale software environments, and cloud-native architectures.

Qualifications

• Education & Experience requirements for DoD/IC programs, Agile coaching, or related defense/intelligence fields.
• Experience delivering Agile software pipelines in DoD/IC environments, with compliance to NASIC standards.
• Ability to mentor teams and stakeholders on Agile Scrum practices.

Responsibilities

• Agile Governance & NASIC Representation: serves as the primary program authority on Agile practices for the Group; educates and advises stakeholders on Scrum methodologies.
• Pure Agile Orchestration: guides sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives to maximize development velocity across NASIC cloud environments.
• Tool & Process Standardization: enforces standardized use of JIRA and Confluence; manages backlogs and coordinates reviews for rapid-delivery cycles.
• Vendor & Lifecycle Integration: coordinates with stakeholders and external vendors to integrate Agile software delivery streams and test, deploy, and operate capabilities.
• Reporting & Delivery Management: produces monthly Agile Process Posture Report and outlines training roadmaps.
• Mission Alignment & Community Engagement: collaborates with NASIC CDO and CMSO to support model-centric intelligence products and multi-cloud architectures.
