Job summary

Allen Integrated Solutions in Dayton, Ohio is seeking an Expert Agile Engineer (Cloud) to serve as the technical authority for cloud-native software delivery and modernization efforts across the contract. This role provides high-level architectural oversight and bridges complex systems engineering goals with developer execution to align with the NASIC Enterprise Architecture.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with 18 years of experience or Master's with 15 years in CS, software eng, cloud architecture, or related field.
Expert-level leadership of software teams, cloud pipelines, and enterprise architectures with NASIC modernization context.
Active TS/SCI clearance for on-site support at Wright-Patterson AFB and compliance with DoD/AF IT standards.
NASIC experience is highly desired but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

Translate complex enterprise goals into operational software backlogs and ensure technical standards.
Govern discrepancy reports and coordinate cross-team collaboration to maximize platform stability.
Oversee integration across vendor ecosystems and standardize JIRA/Confluence workflows.
Establish workflows across multi-security-domain data and ensure secure code/artifact turnover.
