Job summary

BioPharma Consulting JAD Group seeks a technical leader to oversee spray dry, OSD, and packaging processes at CMOs in Puerto Rico. You will troubleshoot, investigate, and drive tech transfers while ensuring processes stay validated and in control.

The role requires 5+ years hands-on experience in spray dry dispersion and solid dose manufacturing, plus GMP and FDA-regulated manufacturing familiarity. Fluency in English and Spanish is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy or Engineering.
• 5+ years hands-on with spray dry dispersion, solid dose manufacturing and packaging.
• CMO / external manufacturing support and technology transfer.
• GMP inspection support; FDA-regulated manufacturing.
• Familiarity with TrackWise and SAP; strong statistical analysis skills.
• Fluent English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

Job description

Be the technical owner for spray dry, solid dose and packaging processes run at external manufacturing partners (CMOs) for a global pharmaceutical company in Carolina, Puerto Rico. You will troubleshoot, investigate, lead tech transfers and keep the processes validated and in control.

What you'll do

• Provide technical oversight of spray dry, OSD and packaging processes at CMOs.
