Job summary

BioPharma Consulting JAD Group in Carolina, Puerto Rico, seeks a technical owner for spray dry, solid dose and packaging processes at external manufacturers. You will troubleshoot, lead tech transfers and ensure processes stay validated and in control.

The role requires 5+ years hands-on experience, GMP/FDA-regulated manufacturing, and bilingual English/Spanish. Contract position: 6 months with possible extension; start immediately.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with spray drying and solid dose processes.
• Experience with packaging operations and packaging validation.
• Proven ability to lead root-cause investigations and CAPA closure.
• Experience with technology transfer and process validation campaigns.
• Familiarity with GMP inspections and FDA-regulated manufacturing.

Be the technical owner for spray dry, solid dose and packaging processes run at external manufacturing partners (CMOs) for a global pharmaceutical company in Carolina, Puerto Rico. You will troubleshoot, investigate, lead tech transfers and keep the processes validated and in control.

What you'll do

• Provide technical oversight of spray dry, OSD and packaging processes at CMOs.
• Author deviations and change controls; lead root-cause investigations to on-time CAPA closure.
• Support tech transfer, process qualification and validation campaigns.
• Monitor process capability with statistics; support GMP inspections.

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy or Engineering.
• 5+ years hands-on with spray dry dispersion, solid dose manufacturing and packaging.
• CMO / external manufacturing support and technology transfer.
• GMP inspection support; FDA-regulated manufacturing.
• TrackWise, SAP and statistical analysis.
• Fluent English and Spanish.

• Contract: 6 months, with possible extension (LLC / corp-to-corp)
• Shift: Monday–Friday core hours, with 24/7 support as needed across time zones
