Job summary

BioPharma Consulting JAD Group in Carolina, Puerto Rico, seeks a technical owner for spray dry, solid dose and packaging processes at external manufacturers. You will troubleshoot, lead tech transfers and ensure processes stay validated and in control.

The role requires 5+ years hands-on experience, GMP/FDA-regulated manufacturing, and bilingual English/Spanish. Contract position: 6 months with possible extension; start immediately.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with spray drying and solid dose processes.
• Experience with packaging operations and packaging validation.
• Proven ability to lead root-cause investigations and CAPA closure.
• Experience with technology transfer and process validation campaigns.
• Familiarity with GMP inspections and FDA-regulated manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical oversight of spray dry, OSD and packaging at CMOs.
• Author deviations and change controls; lead root-cause investigations and CAPA.
• Support tech transfer, process qualification and validation campaigns.
• Monitor process capability using statistics and support GMP inspections.
