Guidehouse is seeking a Finance & Accounting Consultant to lead financial analysis, reporting, and process improvements within federal/government projects. The role requires an active TS clearance and extensive accounting experience, with a strong emphasis on leveraging Power BI and SharePoint to drive data-driven decisions.

Qualifications
- Active and maintained Top Secret security clearance.
- Bachelor's degree.
- 5+ years of professional experience in an office-based environment supporting administrative, operational, and/or business functions.
Responsibilities
- Performing and leading financial analysis, financial reporting, quality control, and providing financial management process improvement.
- Provide guidance on federal budgetary accounting and funds control and how to apply this to accounting events and general ledger entries.
- Apply technology solutions to accounting business processes, leveraging SharePoint and Power BI to collect and visualize data for improved decision making.
- Support business development activities, coaching and mentoring staff, and developing learning materials to strengthen skills.
