Scale AI, Inc. is seeking a Machine Learning Engineer to deploy state-of-the-art models in production and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver ML-driven enhancements.

The role emphasizes training, tuning, and scaling models across products, leveraging large, diverse datasets. Ideal candidates have solid Python skills, experience with TensorFlow or PyTorch, and a track record of shipping production ML systems in complex environments, including scalable infrastructure and security

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience building and deploying applied ML systems in production environments.
• Extensive experience with GenAI, Agentic AI, NLP, deep learning and computer vision in production.
• Strong programming skills in Python and OO design.

Responsibilities

• Take state of the art models and deploy them in production to solve customer problems.
• Improve production models via retraining and hyperparameter tuning.
• Collaborate with product and research teams to prototype ML-driven enhancements.
• Work with large datasets to develop generic and product-specific models.
• Build scalable ML infrastructure to automate ML services.
