Capital One is seeking a Machine Learning Engineer 4 to design, build, and scale ML models across production environments. You’ll collaborate with product, data science, and ops teams to deliver cutting-edge AI solutions at scale.

The role requires hands-on experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow, distributed systems like Spark/Ray, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure). A strong foundation in software engineering and CI/CD is essential.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related quantitative field.
• At least 4 years of experience programming with Python, Java, Golang, or C++.
• At least 4 years of Machine Learning experience using PyTorch or TensorFlow and libraries (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn).
• At least 4 years of experience using and operating large-scale distributed systems (Spark, Ray).
• At least 2 years of experience deploying and operating Machine Learning solutions in production and operating production services in the cloud (AWS, GCP, Azure) and using Kubernetes.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and deliver ML models and components that solve real-world business problems, while working with Product and Data Science teams.
• Inform ML infrastructure decisions, including model choice, data selection, training and validation.
• Write, test, and deploy application code, and automate tests and deployment for ML solutions.
• Collaborate in cross-functional Agile teams to create software for big data and ML applications.
• Retrain, maintain, and monitor ML models in production and optimize data pipelines feeding models.
• Leverage cloud architectures to deliver scalable ML models and ensure compliance with responsible AI practices.
