The Building People is seeking an experienced Facility Manager to provide on-site management for a portfolio of federal facilities and projects. The role requires a Top Secret clearance and hands-on expertise in space upgrades, budgeting, and project administration.

You will oversee maintenance, vendor coordination, and safety compliance while ensuring efficient operations across multiple government buildings and campuses, aligning with mission needs.

Qualifications

• Four+ years of facility management experience.
• Proficiency in English (reading/writing/speaking).
• Ability to lift/move heavy objects and operate hand tools.

Responsabilités

• Manage an assigned portfolio of government facility projects and sites.
• Coordinate space upgrades and reconfigurations to meet mission needs.
• Oversee budgeting, scheduling, and project administration.
• Perform maintenance, equipment setup, and vendor coordination.
• Ensure security, safety, and compliance in SECRET areas.
