Job summary

Acclaim Technical Services is seeking a Data Scientist with TS/SCI w/ poly to support our Engineering Services and Solutions Division in Annapolis Junction, MD. You will build and refine AI models, analyze algorithms, and produce data-driven insights for customers.

The ideal candidate has advanced degrees in a quantitative field and 5+ years of analytics experience, with skills in Python, R, SAS, or MATLAB. This role offers advanced technical challenges and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

Bachelor's and Master's degrees in a quantitative discipline and at least five years of experience analyzing datasets and developing analytics.
At least five years of experience programming with data analysis software such as R, Python, SAS, or MATLAB; PhD can substitute for three years of experience.
A PhD in a quantitative field can substitute for three years of experience.

Responsibilities

Build and develop AI models and analyze algorithms and protocols.
Prototype and compare several algorithms to select the final model based on performance metrics.
Generate reports and visualizations that summarize datasets and provide data-driven insights to customers.
