Jaxon.AI is seeking a Machine Learning Engineer to advance NLP and ML capabilities for defense-focused projects in a trusted, high-stakes environment. You will work on Domain-Specific AI Language (DSAIL) and contribute to secure, reliable AI deployments for national security applications.

Responsibilities include collaborating with distributed teams, optimizing data pipelines, and building models beyond cloud APIs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in ML, NLP, or AI engineering.
• Strong Python proficiency and ability to work in cloud environments.
• Experience with LLM deployment, governance, and guardrails a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ML models into systems.
• Optimize data processing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
• Develop NLP solutions for unstructured data using Python.
