Job summary

Protouch Staffing is seeking an experienced Trusts and Estates Partner for a prestigious law firm in Florida. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in tax law and estate planning, advising high net worth clients and leading a team of attorneys to deliver exceptional service.

You will draft and review complex estate planning documents, develop tax-efficient wealth transfer strategies, and oversee probate matters while nurturing client relationships and staying current with evolving

Qualifications

JD and active attorney license in the relevant jurisdiction.
Minimum of 7 years of trusts and estates experience.
Strong knowledge of tax law as it pertains to estate planning.
Proven ability to work with high net worth individuals and families.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Provide expert legal advice on trusts, estates, and tax matters to high net worth clients.
Lead and mentor a team of attorneys in the trusts and estates practice area.
Draft and review estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney.
Develop and implement strategies for tax-efficient wealth transfer and estate planning.
Manage complex estate and trust administration, including probate matters.
Cultivate and maintain client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
Stay updated on changes in tax and estate laws to provide the best advice to clients.
