A boutique law firm is looking for a Mid-Senior level attorney with trusts & estates experience to advise and draft estate planning documents for ultra-high-net-worth clients. This role involves collaboration with financial professionals, providing comprehensive client solutions, and offers opportunities for professional growth in a sophisticated setting.

Formación

• 3–6 years of trusts & estates experience, preferably with ultra-high-net-worth clients.
• Strong knowledge of trust administration and tax planning strategies.
• Exceptional drafting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Advise ultra-high-net-worth clients on estate planning and asset protection.
• Draft and review trusts, wills, and estate planning documents.
• Coordinate with financial advisors and accountants for client solutions.

Base Pay Range

$120,000.00/yr - $180,000.00/yr

Key Responsibilities

• Advise ultra-high-net-worth clients on estate planning, wealth preservation, and asset protection strategies
• Draft and review trusts, wills, and related estate planning documents
• Handle sophisticated tax and wealth transfer planning, including charitable giving strategies
• Work closely with financial advisors, accountants, and other professionals to coordinate comprehensive client solutions
• Provide guidance on trust administration and estate settlement matters

Candidate Qualifications

• 3–6 years of trusts & estates experience, with exposure to ultra-high-net-worth clients strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of estate planning, trust administration, and tax planning strategies
• Exceptional drafting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Licensed and in good standing with The Florida Bar
• Professionalism, discretion, and client service skills are essential
