Job summary

Protouch Staffing is seeking an experienced Trusts and Estates Partner for a prestigious law firm in Florida. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in tax law and estate planning, advising high net worth clients and leading a team of attorneys to deliver exceptional service.

You will draft and review complex estate planning documents, develop tax-efficient wealth transfer strategies, and oversee probate matters while nurturing client relationships and staying current with evolving

Qualifications

• JD and active attorney license in the relevant jurisdiction.
• Minimum of 7 years of trusts and estates experience.
• Strong knowledge of tax law as it pertains to estate planning.
• Proven ability to work with high net worth individuals and families.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert legal advice on trusts, estates, and tax matters to high net worth clients.
• Lead and mentor a team of attorneys in the trusts and estates practice area.
