Qualifications

• 3+ years of Trusts & Estates paralegal experience preferred.
• Strong experience drafting estate planning documents, including trusts and related instruments.
• Knowledge of trust administration and estate settlement procedures.

Responsibilities

• Draft trusts, wills, powers of attorney, and healthcare proxies.
• Assist attorneys with complex trust planning and administration matters.
• Prepare and organize documentation for estate settlements.
