The attorney will manage probate, prepare tax documents, coordinate fiduciary accounting, and draft sophisticated estate planning instruments, while coordinating with clients and advisors to implement plans.

Qualifications

• Five to seven years of experience with large and complex estates and trusts.
• Proficiency in drafting estate planning documents.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Creative problem-solving abilities and business generation aptitude.
• Experience leading projects and managing client responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the probate process.
• Prepare federal and state estate tax returns.
• Coordinate income tax return preparation for individuals and fiduciaries.
• Prepare fiduciary accountings and manage distributions to beneficiaries.
• Engage in tax planning and coordinate fiduciary income tax return preparation.
• Draft sophisticated estate planning and transactional documents.
• Communicate with clients and advisors to implement estate plans.
