Qualifications

  • 5+ years of Trusts & Estates and Probate Paralegal experience.
  • Strong transactional Trusts & Estates background.
  • Estate Planning experience.

  • Experience drafting and managing wills, trusts, probate petitions, inventories, accountings, and related documents.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

About the Role

This position is ideal for a transactional-minded paralegal with experience handling estate planning, probate administration, and trust administration matters. The role supports a busy team of attorneys and requires someone who can work independently, manage competing priorities, and provide exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities
