The ideal candidate will have experience litigating trusts and probated disputes. Their lawyers represent both beneficiaries and fiduciaries, including high-net-worth individuals and their families, corporate trustees such as banks and trust companies, executors, trustees, administrators and other fiduciaries, as well as non-profit organizations. Partner candidates should have at least $500,000.00 in portable business with a minimum billing rate in the mid-$700/hour or higher.

$300,000.00-$450,000.00 plus 40% of origination, so depends on qualifications for the base & size of book.
