Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Trusts & Estates Attorney in Naples, FL to advise high-net-worth individuals, families, and fiduciaries on a broad range of estate planning, trust administration, probate, wealth preservation, and succession planning matters.

The ideal candidate will have strong drafting, client-relations skills, and the ability to deliver practical, sophisticated legal solutions tailored to client objectives. Florida Bar in good standing required.

Qualifications

• Active Florida Bar membership in good standing.
• 3+ years' trusts and estates experience preferred.
• Experience with estate planning, probate, and trust administration.
• Strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Draft and implement sophisticated estate planning documents including wills and trusts.
• Advise on wealth transfer strategies, gift and estate tax planning, and business succession.
• Counsel fiduciaries on trust and estate administration matters.
• Handle probate and trust administration from inception through completion.
• Collaborate with tax, corporate, real estate, and litigation teams.
• Develop client relationships and contribute to growth of the practice.
• Engage in networking, business development, and community activities.
