Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to State Bar in good standing.
• Minimum 2 years in Trust & Estate law.
• Strong knowledge of trusts, probate, and tax.
• Excellent research and writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive trust and estate legal advice to clients.
• Draft and review wills, trusts, POA, and estate plans.
• Handle probate and estate administration matters.
• Advise on tax implications of estate planning and liaise with tax pros.
• Represent clients in disputes involving trusts and estates.
• Stay current on trust, estate, and tax law developments.
• Maintain strong client relationships and deliver exceptional service.
