Jobot is seeking a qualified attorney in White Plains, NY to join a full-service law firm’s Trust & Estates practice. The role focuses on estate planning, trusts, and wealth transfer strategies, requiring a JD, bar admission, and 3+ years of experience.

Formación

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
• Bar admission in good standing.
• Minimum 3 years in estate planning or related field.
• Extensive knowledge of trust and estate law including tax matters.
• Experience drafting and implementing estate planning documents.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and client management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide comprehensive legal advice on estate planning, trusts, and wills.
• Draft wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and health care directives.
• Advise on wealth transfer strategies and tax implications.
• Meet with clients to gather information, explain options, and answer questions.
• Conduct legal research and stay updated on trust and estate law changes.
