Jobot, a midsize full-service law firm in New York, seeks a seasoned Trust and Estate Attorney to join its high-performing team and advise clients on estate planning, wills, trusts, and power of attorney. This permanent role requires minimum 5 years' experience and a proven track record; you will handle complex matters and work with a diverse client base.

Candidate must have a JD from an accredited law school and be admitted to the New York state bar; strong analytical and communication skills

Competenze

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the state bar.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Trust and Estate Attorney.
• Extensive knowledge of estate planning, wills, trusts, and power of attorney.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex legal concepts to clients.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
• The ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in legal research tools and software.

Mansioni

• Providing expert legal advice to clients on all aspects of trust and estate law, including estate planning, wills, trusts, and power of attorney.
• Drafting, reviewing, and executing legal documents such as wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other related documents.
• Representing clients in probate court and handling estate administration matters.
• Conducting thorough legal research to ensure that our clients' estate plans are in compliance with current laws and regulations.
• Collaborating with other members of our legal team to develop and implement effective strategies for managing our clients' estates.
