Responsibilities

• Draft comprehensive estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney and related documents.
• Manage all phases of trust and estate administration, including probate and non-probate matters.
• Prepare and review court filings, accounting and related documentation.
• Communicate with clients, fiduciaries, and financial institutions regarding ongoing administration matters.
• Maintain organized files and ensure timely progression of matters.
• Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients, and work diligently to meet their needs in a timely and professional manner.
• Stay up to date on changes in laws and regulations related to estate and trusts, and advise clients accordingly.
