Qualifications

• New Hampshire Bar admission or clear path to admission with firm sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Draft a broad range of estate planning documents including wills and trusts.
• Handle probate, guardianship, and ancillary Trust & Estates matters.
• Advise high-net-worth clients and manage client relationships.
• Assist with federal estate and gift tax matters.
• Support business and real estate matters to broaden practice.
