Salary: $120,000 - $250,000 per year

A well-established and growing Trusts & Estates practice is seeking a senior-level attorney to take on a sophisticated and relationship-driven role within its private client group. This is not a routine drafting position - this role is designed for an attorney who wants to move beyond standardized estate planning and engage deeply in complex wealth, tax, and family structuring matters.
The successful candidate will work closely with senior partners on advanced planning strategies involving closely held businesses, multigenerational wealth transfer, and nuanced tax planning. Over time, this individual is expected to assume a leading role in client relationships and matter management.
