• 3+ years of estate planning experience, including estate and trust administration.
• Knowledge of MA probate and trust law and ability to handle routine probate matters.
• Drafting and implementing sophisticated estate planning strategies including tax planning.

We are working directly with a highly respected regional mid-size firm seeking a Trust & Estates Associate Attorney to join their dynamic practice in their Boston Office.

• Billables only 1750
• Competitive Compensation of $160,000 -$180,000k+, based on experience plus, origination and bonus potential

Who They’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of estate planning experience, including estate and trust administration (demonstrated knowledge of MA probate and trust law, including ability to handle routine probate administrations from start to finish), and drafting and implementing sophisticated estate planning strategies, including estate, gift and generation-skipping tax planning (including review/preparation of returns).
• JD & active license in PA (additional state bars is a plus).
