What You’ll Do

• Estate & Tax Planning – Advise high-net-worth clients on estate planning strategies, including wealth preservation, tax minimization, and trust structuring.
• Trust & Estate Administration – Handle probate proceedings, estate administration, and fiduciary litigation, ensuring compliance with state and federal laws.
• Complex Transactions – Draft and negotiate wills, trusts, and other estate planning documents while addressing unique client needs.
• Client Representation – Provide tailored legal solutions to individuals, families, and business owners, working closely with financial advisors and tax professionals.
• Litigation Support – Assist in estate and trust disputes, including contested wills, fiduciary duty claims, and tax controversies.
