Qualifications

• 3+ years of estate planning experience, including estate and trust administration.
• Knowledge of MA probate and trust law and ability to handle routine probate matters.
• Drafting and implementing sophisticated estate planning strategies including tax planning.

Responsibilities

• Handle probate administrations from start to finish.
• Draft and implement sophisticated estate planning strategies including estate, gift and generation-skipping tax planning.
• Review and preparation of returns related to estate planning and trusts.
