Qualifications

• 4+ years advising high-net-worth individuals, families, closely held businesses, and fiduciaries on sophisticated estate planning, tax planning, wealth transfer, trust administration, and related matters.
• Significant experience coordinating with families and business owners on wealth preservation strategies.
• Strong counseling and drafting skills for complex estate planning documents.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on sophisticated estate planning, wealth transfer, tax planning, and trust and estate matters.
• Draft and review wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, powers of attorney, and related instruments.
• Counsel high-net-worth individuals, families, business owners, and fiduciaries on complex planning strategies.

• Collaborate with colleagues across practice areas to serve closely held businesses, family offices, and multigenerational client relationships.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships and provide practical, thoughtful, and sophisticated advice.
