Job summary

Fifth Third Bank is seeking a Relationship Manager in Newport, KY to acquire, grow, and retain Preferred Program customers and mass affluent prospects. You will proactively contact customers, assess needs, and collaborate with partners to provide tailored financial solutions within the Retail Consultative Sales framework.

You will maintain knowledge of bank products, support referrals, and works with financial center teams to drive revenue while ensuring risk controls and superior customer

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent required.
• Experience in a sales environment; experience in financial industry.
• Pass consultative selling skills certification and ongoing education.
• Series SIE, 6, 63 and insurance licenses required; Series 65 must be obtained within 90 days for external hires.

Responsibilities

• Execute retail strategies to increase the Preferred Program households and meet sales goals.
• Build deep relationships with customers as trusted advisor using consultative sales process.
• Explain complex financial concepts in simple terms.
• Support sales process with referrals and relationship development within financial centers.
