Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, and kitchen equipment.
• Operate the commercial dishwasher and follow procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized dish area throughout the shift.
• Sort, wash, dry, and store dishes properly.
• Assist with receiving, organizing, and storing deliveries.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and safety procedures.
• Report damaged equipment to management.
• Complete opening, closing, and side-work duties.
• Maintain professional attitude toward guests and team members.
