Sage Haus LLC. is seeking a Household Manager & Family Assistant in Brookhaven, GA 30319. This part-time role is 15–20 hours weekly, Tue–Thu 1:00 PM–5:30 PM EST, offering $30–$35/hour with mileage reimbursement or a monthly gas stipend.

Start ASAP. You will manage afterschool pickups, household organization, errands, meal support, laundry, pet care, and vendor oversight. We value trust, punctuality, and professional discretion.

Qualifications

• Maintain a smoke-free environment.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Reliable personal transportation with a clean driving record.
• CPR and First Aid certification, or willing to obtain prior to start.
• Comfort using a location tracker when transporting or accompanying the child.
• Up-to-date vaccinations per AAP/CDC guidelines, subject to legal accommodations.

Responsibilities

• Afternoon pickup from the neighborhood bus stop or enrichment classes.
• Provide light supervision and afterschool care.
• Empty backpack daily and prep for next school day.
• Track and calendarize school communications and events.
• Support child-related errands as needed.
• Build and maintain household organization systems over time.
• Perform daily resets to keep the home tidy and prepared for cleaning service.
• Coordinate seasonal clothing transitions and donations.
• Assist with travel packing and inventory support as needed.
• Care for indoor plants and general home maintenance tasks.
