Job summary

Frost is seeking a Relationship Development Officer - Trust and Wealth to build and nurture a robust referral network, driving fiduciary business opportunities across the community. You will serve as a main contact for referral partners and prospective fiduciary clients.

In this role you will lead collaborations with Trust Officers and Wealth Advisors, manage RFPs, and represent Frost at events, promoting fiduciary and wealth management solutions with integrity and excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Proven success developing referral networks.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and deepen relationships with Centers of Influence to generate fiduciary business opportunities.
• Serve as primary contact for referral partners and prospective fiduciary clients.
• Lead RFP processes and collaborate with internal stakeholders.
• Participate in community and industry events to increase market visibility.
• Collaborate with Trust Officers and Wealth Advisors to identify growth opportunities.
• Document and track referral activity and relationship development efforts.
• Act as a strategic resource for Trust & Wealth services across the organization.
