Job summary

Frost seeks a Relationship Development Officer - Trust and Wealth to expand fiduciary opportunities by building and nurturing centers of influence and referral partnerships. You will be the primary contact for fiduciary clients and partners while representing Frost at community and industry events.

This role requires a client-focused, integrity-driven approach with strong knowledge of trust, fiduciary, and wealth-management concepts, and the ability to collaborate across multiple business units

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Marketing, or related field.
• Demonstrated success developing professional referral networks and Centers of Influence.
• Strong knowledge of fiduciary services, trust administration, estate planning, and wealth management concepts.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and deepen relationships with Centers of Influence (attorneys, CPAs, financial professionals, and other referral sources) to generate fiduciary business opportunities.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for referral partners and prospective fiduciary clients.
• Participate in community, professional, and industry events to increase market visibility and strengthen referral networks.
• Lead the RFP process as needed, partnering with internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality proposals and support business development opportunities.
• Collaborate with Trust Officers, Wealth Advisors, and other team members to identify and pursue growth opportunities.
