Job summary

Westport One is seeking a Regional Wealth Management Leader to oversee profitability, compliance, strategy, and growth for its Trust and Wealth Management business. You will lead a team of trust officers and support staff, inherit an established book of business, and deepen client relationships to drive new opportunities.

Qualified candidates bring 7–10 years in Personal Trust, Estate & Probate, plus 4–7 years of leadership and at least 7 years in personal financial planning.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of Personal Trust, Estate & Probate experience.
• 4–7 years of leadership experience.
• At least 7 years of personal financial planning expertise.
• Bachelor's degree required; JD, CFP, CTFA credentials valued.
