This sales-focused role drives the growth of LSS Trust Services by bringing in new partnerships and educating families and community members about financial planning products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, Disability Advocacy, Financial Planning or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in relevant fields.
• Demonstrated competence navigating CRM and other applicable software.
• Minimum of two years of direct sales, financial planning, education, or disability services advocacy experience with a proven record of success.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth of LSS Trust Services by bringing in new partnerships and Trusts.
• Build long-term community partnerships with diverse stakeholders.
• Provide accessible workshops on financial planning for individuals and families.
• Operate with autonomy and be accountable to high customer engagement and acquisition standards.
