Qualifications

• 12+ years in product security or related disciplines with leadership
• Led product/application security at scale in SaaS/Cloud orgs
• Partnered with senior product/engineering executives to influence strategy
• Translated security needs into capability strategy and roadmaps
• Improved remediation at scale by addressing developer workflows and tooling
• Strong understanding of modern software dev practices and security lifecycle
• Led multidisciplinary teams including security, engineering, and product management
• Drove adoption and organizational change across distributed engineering environments
• Exceptional executive communication skills for business decisions
• Experience building and retaining senior technical/leadership talent across globally distributed teams
