Job summary

Schwab's Personal Trust Services (PTS) seeks a Manager, Trust Program Management in Westlake, TX to coordinate cross‑functional trust operations and governance. You will lead meeting materials for the Personal Trust Fiduciary Committee, and partner with product, process owners, and risk teams to ensure programs meet client and regulatory needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher or equivalent experience required.
• 5+ years' experience in banking or financial industry, trust and estate administration or related trust or financial experience a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills, coupled with strong problem‑solving techniques.
• Experience with risk, management, and governance reporting.
• Demonstrated ability to synthesize data into well‑formulated recommendations and plans.
• Strong analytical skills, ability to research problems, determine root causes and solutions.
• Superior organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities without sacrificing quality or accuracy.
• Highly client‑oriented focus with demonstrated experience in program management.
• Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills, including ability to communicate effectively to varying levels within the organization from senior management to front‑line employees.
• Collaborative team player with contagiously positive, outgoing, can‑do attitude. Thrives on initiating, building and encouraging strong authentic relationships inside and outside the group; highly reciprocal; navigates and activates alignment across organizational silos.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage all Personal Trust Committee meetings and materials.
• Serve as a business liaison between product and process owners, ensuring best practices across locations.
• Manage and enhance meeting materials for fiduciary committees and Board of Directors.
• Support risk management programs for Personal Trust Services, including RCSA, business continuity, incident management, records retention, and loss reporting.
• Facilitate regulatory exams and internal testing and audits.
• Oversee maintenance of all Trust Company policies and procedures with a client‑focused view.
• Develop, implement, and monitor programs to meet regulatory expectations and business objectives.
• Create and maintain internal and external forms.
• Oversee educational opportunities offered to Trust Company employees.
