Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher or equivalent experience required.
• 5+ years' experience in banking or financial industry, trust and estate administration or related trust or financial experience a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills, coupled with strong problem-solving techniques.
• Experience with risk, management, and governance reporting.
• Demonstrated ability to synthesize data into well-formulated recommendations and plans.
• Strong analytical skills, ability to research problems, determine root causes and solutions.
• Superior organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities without sacrificing quality or accuracy.
• Highly client-oriented focus with demonstrated experience in program management.
• Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills, including ability to communicate effectively to varying levels within the organization from senior management to front-line employees.
• Collaborative team player with contagiously positive, outgoing, can-do attitude. Thrives on initiating, building and encouraging strong authentic relationships inside and outside the group; highly reciprocal; navigates and activates alignment across organizational silos

Responsibilities

• Provide centralized coordination between departments and act as a liaison across locations and client segments.
• Coordinate Personal Trust Committee, Operating Committee, and Board materials.
• Support risk management programs including RCSA, business continuity, and incident management.
• Facilitate regulatory exams and internal testing and audits.
• Oversee maintenance of Trust Company policies ensuring client-centric processes.
• Develop and monitor programs to meet regulatory expectations and business objectives.
• Create and maintain internal and external forms.
• Oversee education opportunities for Trust Company employees.
